About Us
Berliner was conceived in 2018 by London trained Sydney pastry chef Rachael Kourentis. Rachael’s inspiration for baking was born in London’s famous Borough
Market where she worked and learned her trade over many years.
She is now back in Sydney, Rachael’s home town, sharing that
love and the joy of baking with our rapidly growing cohort of fans!
