We are a family business with roots in Australia and Europe and
food is at the heart and soul of every aspect of our life.
Our perfect family Sunday living in London was a brisk moring walk on
Hampstead Heath followed by a trip to the local baker for a filled raspberry
jam donut and a cup of tea.
Rachael’s inspiration for baking was born in London’s famous Borough
Market where she worked and learned her trade over many years.
We are now back in Sydney, Rachael’s home town, sharing that
love and the joy of baking!
